        <p>Bring doch <ref type="pub-" target="../volume/16/p247#p247">Röm. 7</ref> und <ref type="pub-" target="../volume/16/p295#p295">8</ref> mit, wenn du kommst. So, also Schulpflegspräsident und ich Steuerkommissär, das ist doch sicher «positive» Arbeit. — O das Predigen! Auch ich durchwandre dürres Land und suche Brunnen zu graben, aber … Wer ist da? <persName ref="kbga-actors-240">Kutter</persName>! Er spielt eben mit <persName ref="kbga-actors-1285">Marguerite</persName> auf Tod und Leben <persName ref="kbga-actors-488">Beethoven</persName> und <persName ref="kbga-actors-592">Händel</persName> und den jungen <persName ref="kbga-actors-281">Mozart</persName>. Mir hat er erst kurz einige erleuchtende Sachen gesagt über den Sündenfall und die Geisterwelt. Was wird morgen noch alles folgen! Den <bibl corresp="kbga-bibls-1497">Römerbrief</bibl> darfst du unter keinen Umständen verbrennen, du gibst ihm vielleicht im Vorwort ein kräftiges Sprüchlein mit, das verhindert, daß man ihn nur «theologisch» verstehe. Aber er sorgt schon selber dafür.</p>
