        <p>[…] Die <persName ref="kbga-actors-47">Blumhardt</persName>sache hat mich sehr interessiert, und ich muß dir ganz restlos recht geben darin, daß du dich nicht auf Streichungen und dieses ganz leidige Dosieren der Blumhardtessenz für «weitere» Kreise einlassen willst. Das <bibl corresp="kbga-bibls-4016">Buch</bibl> ist gedruckt, also darf man herausheben daran, was wichtig erscheint. […] Ich habe nach dem Brief von <persName ref="kbga-actors-330">Ragaz</persName>, den ich zuerst las, <ref type="pub" target="48039">deine Arbeit</ref> viel zugespitzter erwartet und finde nun wirklich ein so freundliches und sachliches Reden von deiner Seite, daß es schwach wäre, daran etwas zu ändern. Die Spitze gegen <persName ref="kbga-actors-420">Wernle</persName> ließe ich auch fallen. […] Sonst jedenfalls alles stehenlassen, natürlich auch die kräftige Anschauung vom himmlischen Krieg. Wenn nun nur <persName ref="kbga-actors-330">Ragaz</persName> den Druck trotzdem vor sich gehen läßt. Nötig wäre das Erscheinen deiner Einführung sicher. Das Buch braucht eine. […]</p>
